EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy at any time.
Our general policy is all our sales are final therefore, we offer no refund policy.

RETURNS POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns for products that are faulty or damaged.
In the case our customer support team accepts the return of your product, the customer shall return the product within 5 days of approval of exchange. We will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (the full address will be provided to the customer via email).
To start a return, you can contact us at support@talktomemerch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility for Return:

The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All customers must contact www.talktomemerch.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.

www.talktomemerch.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.talktomemerch.com.
Note: Talktomemerch.com reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.
If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us at support@talktomemerch.com immediately. Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.
Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The refund will be made at our sole discretion.
We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.
If for any reason, our customer support team confirms a refund. Then, a refund will be made accordingly.
EXCHANGE
We welcome exchanges on orders. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for shipping it to Talk To Me Merch and shipping charges for the new product. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. There is a $4.00 re-shipping fee for the exchange depending on the weight of the item.
All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 14 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 14 days, we have no further liability.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice.
Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Include this with your return package or email the details with your order number to support@talktomemerch.com.
METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
REFUND CYCLE:
The complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@talktomemerch.com.
